Damme ART respects your privacy. This statement explains which personal data we process when you use the reservation form, and what your rights are.

What data and why

Through the reservation form we process your name, email address, phone number, website and your message, together with the gallery, period and rooms you choose. We use this data solely to handle your exhibition request and to communicate with you. The legal basis is the performance of (pre-contractual) steps at your request and our legitimate interest in managing requests. We do not send unsolicited mailings and do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making.

Who processes your data

To receive, store and answer requests we rely on Google as a processor (Google Workspace: Apps Script, Google Sheets, Gmail and Google Drive). Your data is stored on Google's servers and may be processed outside the European Economic Area, with the appropriate safeguards Google provides (including standard contractual clauses). We never sell your data and do not share it with other third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep your request data for as long as necessary for the collaboration, and delete it afterwards — unless we must retain it longer to comply with a legal obligation.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability of your data, and you can withdraw any consent given. Send your request to info@dammeart.com.

If you disagree with how we process your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels — dataprotectionauthority.be.
